  • Support for fueling your body with plant-based, protein-rich food. Meal planning, shopping lists, snacks included. No restriction, Just nourishment
  • Weekly 1:1 check-ins to ensure you're on track and extra check-ins when you need them most!
  • Direct, personal access to me for questions, voice notes, and coaching. No group chats for your personal questions!

Who am I, anyway?

Hi! I’m Amanda.

I help AMAZING women build stronger bodies and calmer minds through short, efficient, flow-based strength & mobility workouts combining yoga, barre, Pilates & resistance, daily movement tips, plant-powered nutrition, healthy habit building, and positive mindset coaching.

I created this coaching experience because I was that woman who lost herself for a while, who felt overwhelmed, was trying to do TOO MUCH, who was too restrictive, who felt stuck and who spent a long time chasing “perfect.” I’ve felt “too big” and I’ve felt the devastating effects of being too restrictive and losing too much weight. I spent years chasing skinny and being in an all-or-nothing mentality. Newsflash - it’s NOT sustainable or healthy. The roller coaster ride can only last so long!

Now? I move to feel good. I fuel to feel strong.

I coach from a place of balance, longevity, and alignment, with a vision of mobility and strength 10, 20, 30 years from now! I’ve been teaching and coaching yoga and fitness for over 15 years and I’ve seen lives transform through my teachings and coaching which span way more than just movement. I’ve even transformed myself, letting my silver hair show in my 30s and creating my dream body in my 40s through balance, mindfulness, and intentional sustainable choices.

How much time will this take each week?

  • Most of my clients commit 20-60 minutes a day. It’s built for your life, not the other way around!
Do I need equipment?
  • Minimal! I would suggest dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat!
I’m a beginner... will this be too advanced?
  • Not at all! I meet you wherever you at and tailor this to your level! We’ll build from there.
What if I struggled to stay consistent before?
  • That’s why you have ME! We work together to build healthy habits, mindset shifts, and rhythms that actually work for you and stick!
